your journey across the platou. Therefore, as part of our effort to make your experience as enjoyable and safe as possible,
we’ve made it mandatory to carry a minimum set of safety equipment at all time during the race.
Make sure you have all the necessary equipment mentioned in the Race Manual. It is also important to make sure you know how to use the equipment properly before heading to the start at Dyranut. And remember, it’s for your own safety.

Traveling through a national park puts a great responsibility on the participants.

enjoying the paths and scenery. They will probably think you are crazy for even doing a race like this - but lets make sure
they remember you as the happy, friendly and crazy guy they ran into on Harangervidda.
Pay attention to the crew at the check points - they will give you advice and do the best they can to make your experience even better. They are our most valuable asset - so remember to give them a smile.
