Two ways to do Salomon Xreid Hardangervidda

Unless you are an experienced mountaineer and have finished at least one ultra race within the last two years (please provide us with details in your application), you need to team up with one or more partners as stated in the race manual.

This is a question of security as Hardangervidda can be unfriendly if she decides to. Though, based on our experience, doing a challenge like Salomon Xreid Hardangervidda with a friend makes it even more memorable.

It's important to notice that participants in either class will get their deserved place in the "Hall of Frender".

Furthermore, as a bonus, teams can split the equipment listed as "Mandatory equipment team leaders and individual participants" between themselves.

Keep in mind that every team must have a team leader.
